This equipment is introduced from Germany with international advanced technology.

Installation and commissioning were done by technician from manufacturer. It was put into service after verified to be qualified in March 1999. This equipment, with high machining capability, is used for fine machining of locomotive axles. Two axles are coupled. There are 16 knives on drilling tower type knife carrier, knives can be automatically changed, boring, milling and turning can be realized. This equipment, with stable performance, applies Siemens 840C system, 611A driving. At present, it works in normal condition.
