This equipment is introduced from Germany with international advanced level. Parameters has been optimized, and work piece welding program has been made and adjusted. It applies double-wire welding technology with high welding speed, good welding seam forming and stable welding quality. Since put into service, there are some failures in wire feed device, welding gun and welding machine. At present, it works in good state.

Main parameters: positioning accuracy of welding robot: ±0.1mm, repeated positioning accuracy: 0.1mm. Range of welding area : 5000×5000×5000 mm, applicable to welding with ?1.0mm and ?1.2mm wire, wire feed speed: 0－25mm/s, max. welding current 503A, double-wire welding.
