The vacuum pressure impregnating system is the necessary device for insulation treatment of traction motor, other electric motor and electric apparatus. The Electric Motor Branch Factory has imported two vacuum pressure impregnating devices from Micafil Co., Switzerland and Vacuum Technology Research Institute, Shenyan, which ensured our leading position of insulation treatment process in domestic same field.

Main Features:

    1. complete functions, high automatization. Automatic operation from preparation, vacuuming, resin transportation, pressure adding, pressure reducing resin, resin trickling, till. Ventilation.
    2.The main impregnating parameters such as vacuum degree, pressure, temperature ( for workpiece, insulating resin ) and time are monitored by micro-computer.
    3. The whole piping system ( resin, vacuum, pressure ) is well sealed with high vacuum limit. The maximum vacuum limit of impregnating vessel with workpiece can reach 10Pa.

   The restored resin ( insulating varnish ) can be stirred automatically. The impregnating vessel is able to heating and temperature keeping. ensuring the storage stability of varnish and reducing diffusion of varnish due to environment changes.
