Unrolling-flattening-automatic pre-trement line

    The automatic line is designed and made by the branch based on the original steel plates pre-trement line． It adopts the advanced frequency contr0l system for speed regulation and PLC control to realize the automatic unrolling-flattening and regulated length cutting of 2-8mm steel plates． The steel plates
need pre-treatment after regulated length cutting can be transferred to the pre-treatment line to carry out series process like cleaning，shot blasting for  removing rust and spraying antirust painting,etc..The painting film is up t0 14—19μm，and the painting is weldable primary painting． The working speed of the automatic line is 1.0 to 2.5 m/min.
