device is composed of hollow columns fixed on the four corners
of carbody steel structure; tension mechanism sliding-installed
on columns; elevating gear and balance mechanism connected
with tension mechanism; thermal conduction connecting gear
fixed with expanded & tensioned steel plate; working walkway;
direct electric heater installed under working walkway; hydraulic
station; electric control cabinet; side beam pressing device,
etc.
This equipment is characterized by simple &
reasonable structure, small occupied space, low working voltage
and safe operation.
This equipment and the application of
new technology solves the flatness overproof of non-beading
side wall plate which cannot be solved by traditional technology;
promotes the quality of carbody side wall plate to a higher
level (unflatness of surface reaches 1.5mm/m2) and at the
same time, reduces workers' labor intensity and promotes working
efficiency.
