32-bit multi-processor structure is applied to realize high accuracy and reliability. Demonstration program applies Chinese display mode. The whole system applies track car running system. Position changer applies one axle position- changing mode. Machine hand applies matching between running car and position changer to realize optimal welding position.
Driving of AC servomotor is controlled by a computer with digital encoder. Contact type nozzle sensor is used to search and determine common position. Arc sensing welding seam follow-up system guides the welding and follows up welding seam. Mechanical welding gun cleaning device effectively removes spatters attached to welding gun.
