The fast forge machine is the latest advanced free forge device with electro-mechanical hydraulic integration . Process ability

1. cake type products

on this machine, 2000mm blanks weighing 5t can be upset. The diameter after upsetting can reach 1600mm. The wheels of high speed train can be easily forged on it.

2. axle type products

Each kind of type SS electric locomotive axles has been forged successfully. 30 axles can be done within one shift. Taking 3 shifts into consideration, the annual production can be up to more than 10, 000 axles. The forged axles are of top quality with its 98% qualification ratio in one time supersonic detection. Recently, 50 axles have been forged in success, meeting the TB ( railway standard ) requirements.

3. loop type products

80t forge press possess more advantage in loop type products. Superior size forge product of F 1500´ F 1100´ 200 has been forged successfully. Also, super thin forges of F 720´ F 590´ 40 have been done without any folding defect.

4. model forge
   It is another advantage of 800t fast forge press. Last year, one time model forging of drive disk and hollow shaft axle head were manufactured successfully. By doing so, more than 1000 kg materials were saved. This year, the commutator follower and base board will be forged on it, in order to reduce the machining procedures and save raw materials.
