In 2003, Swiss Secheron Company made TOT to ZELW in relation
to BVACN99 type vacuum circuit breaker for AC locomotive.

ZELW signed contract of supplying
Dutch National Railways with 35 traction motors. In February
2003, expert delegation from Dutch Pontifex International
B.V. visited ZELW. On May 15, ZELW signed the purchases and
sales contract of 35 traction motors with its representative,
Shanghai Baogang International Economic Trade Co., Ltd.

On May 19 2003, company with SIEMENS,ZELW was successively
aswarded Guangzhou Mass Transit Line 3 Rolling Stock Contract
totaling up to 120 cars worthing 1.41 billion RMB.

On Mar. 25 2002, company with SIEMENS,ZELW won the tender
of Shanghai Metro Pearl Line Phase 2 Rolling Stock totaling
up to 168 cars worth 1.62 billion RMB.

In October 2002, ZELW signed a supplementary contract of 8
TM1 locomotives on electric railway from Tehran to Mehrshahr
Suburb with Iran.

On July 8, 2002, the first DJ1 AC
drive heavy-duty freight electric locomotive produced by joint
venture in China was born in ZELW. DJ1 locomotive was produced
in ZELW by Siemens Traction Equipment of Zhuzhou Co., Ltd
which is jointly run by ZELW, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive
Research Institute and German Siemens AG. (China).

12 freight electric locomotives of Uzbekistan Republic.

locomotives with Kazakstan Republic, which are anticipated
