Enterprise Planning Department is the functional department for operating and managing investment projects:

  Responsible for selection of investment objective;

  Working out alternative investment plans

  Analyzing, evaluating and comparing alternative investment plans;

  Preparing to establish and execute the project when the investment plans are ensured and approved;

  Following the tracks and check after the project are established;

  Exercising shareholder's right on behalf of the Work;

  Following the tracks of operation and investment effectiveness regularly and offer the relevant suggestions to the core of leadership of the Works.
