Shallow Pit AC-drive Vehicle Mover

 

 

Shallow pit AC-drive vehicle mover is mainly used for transfer (traverse rail replace) of various locomotives and rolling stocks (metro car included ) during manufacture and maintenance. It can run smoothly and finish matches between tracks on vehicle mover and in workshop automatically or manually within 1mm accuracy. Under normal conditions. continuous working for over 20 hours can be obtained. This equipment is easy to maintain, repair and operate. Automatic matches can be realized by pushing "Rail No".

 

Mechanical part

Applying tank-beam structure, the load part of vehicle mover is 25m long. On both ends of it, movable rail is 1.5m long, which has

sufficient rigidity and antideformation capability when 150t locomotive passing through. Surface and floating plate of vehicle mover is pattem steel sheet which is bearableto movement of rubber-wheel tractor car (self-weight of 10t) without any plastic deformation.

Two driver's cabs are arranged by diagonal.

Drive method adopts "three in one" speed reduction motor, which is integration of motor, speed reducer and brake. Power is transmitted to wheels via universal drive draft.

On both ends, lifting movement of movable rail elevator is controlled simply and reliably by turbospeed reduction motor through string wheel and crank arm.

Electric control part

Vehicle mover applies high accuracy vector frequency converter and vector-control speed adjustment of AC asynchronous motor. Under control of PLC, four frequency converter can driver four frequency motor to run synchronously.

Electric control is featured by:travel length compensation, program management, fault check, safety and fault alert, control interlock of two cabs, etc.

Hinge method power supply imported from Germany is applied because of its safety and reliability.

Alarm, flashing warning light and light projector are installed on cab roof.
