TM1 electric locomotives supplied to Teheran-Mehrsharhr line
for mass transmit are coupled with double deckers to form
the train unit. The formation of the push-pull train is L+10T+L.
The main circuit is comprised of three-stage uneven half controlled
bridge.Thyristors are used for magnetic weakening, so stepless
speed regulation is possible in the whole speed range.
Micro-computer is used for the control of locomotive. Both
traction and rheostatic braking are featured by constant current
and quasi-constant speed controls. Remote distance multiple
operation control is achieved.
Traction motor hollow shaft frame-mounted structure is adopted
for bogie. Level pull-rod is used in traction device. The
air braking system adopts DK-1 electro-pneumatic braker. TVM300
unit is used for locomotive ATP system.
Train power supply inverter is installed on locomotive to
supply power to the train. Train broadcasting unit, train
door control unit and axle temperature alarm system are also
installed.
