Large container detect system is an advanced
equipment used in custom to detect freight transportation
container. It uses the technology of X ray's radiation image
, can detect goods in the containers without opening it through
which hardly enhance detecing efficiency and strongly crack
down smuggling.
Transmission Device Sub-system is an important part of the
container Detect Fittings. It is in charge of carrying containers
to each detecting tache and features long continuous
working time , very different working environment, so many
procedures and demand of keeping fault as less as possible.

The AC drive traction flat car consists of carbody, drive
equipment , stop & lock device, hydraulic system and electric
appliance. Flat car has 20meters long, 3.9 meters wide , weights
28t, and loads 67t. The 12 wheels in
longitudinal direction and 8 wheels in lateral direction
are
mounted symmetrically into its two segments. The main function
of Flat Car is carrying container trucks of different
size through each detecting tache with appointed speed and
completing the whole detecting procedure.
Flat car drive system is drove by two same drive equipment,
each one is drove by a 18.5kW frequency conversion motors, can
drive 4 longitudinal wheels and 2 lateral wheels separately
after its being decelerated by the main gearbox.

Sliding radiation protection door

After welding, carbody need vibration aging effect treatment
and integral machining in order to guarantee lateral wheels'
orthogomality and horizon after its ascending & descending,
guarantee linearity and right angle between the lateral wheels
and longitudinal wheels.

Structure of traction car
|
Elavator in lateral wheels apply special structure to avoid
lateral wheel's being clogged and make them work smoothly.
Drive parts in electric appliance, made of two noise vector
frequency convertors and frequency conversion motors,can
guarantee accuracy of position, smoothness of speed in the
running , especially can control the error rate of scanning
under 1%.
