HXD1B high power AC drive 6-axle freight electric locomotive

On January 16, 2009, HXD1B high power AC drive 6-axle (9600kw) freight electric locomotives, our own independent intellectual property, successively rolled out of the production line, in Zhuzhou Hunan. This type of locomotive was independently researched and developed by CSR Zhuzhou electric locomotive Co.,Ltd, the Cradle of Chinese electric locomotives. It integrates the worldwide high end and advanced technology of high power AC drive electric locomotive. With the most advanced technology in the world, and the highest power in a single axle, it will become one of the main type locomotives running on the main line for heavy load transportation. Additionally, this project is one of the symbolized projects of electric locomotive modernization.
