locomotive and the running expense is 70% of the phase-control
locomotive.

¡ñ New developed high-specd bogie
Such
a locomotive is equipped with elastic bogie mounted traction
motor,six-rod hollow shaft elasticity drive,low postposition
push-pull traction unit and whole disc draking device,as well
as tread-controlled sweeper.Chevron rubber spring is adopted
for primary suspension and helical flexible spring for secondary
suspension.
¡ñ AC-DC-AC main drive system
IPM
water cooling converter and three-phase AC traction motor
supplied by Adtranz applies independent power supply and control
mode.with 1200kW of single axle power,the highest one domestically.
¡ñ Full taped traction transformer
The
traction transformer is lower suspension mounted,sharing one
oil tank with reactor.It is of forced oil circulation air
cooling system,and equipped with full taped multi-winding
and cake winding of high impedane.It also features good electro-magnetic
compatibility and lightened structure,etc.
¡ñ Combined main cooler
Combined main cooler composed of oil cooler
and water cooler features low resistance,high
heat exhausting power and compact structure,etc.
¡ñ Air braking cubicle with integrated air duct
It is the first time to integrate the air source
system and control system into a cubicle and use integrated
gas circuit board,which optimizes systematical structure and
improves the workig reliabilith of system.
