The EMU will serve as master model vehicle on Beijing-Shenyang
rapid passenger railway line with a maximum running speed
of 270km/h,which makes it the fastest EMU in China at present
for commercial operation."China Star"is composed
of 2 power cars,and 9 trailer cars which include 2 first-class
sitting cars,6 second-class sitting cars and 1 bar car.The
EMU uses advanced AC-DC-AC electric traction, with 2 power
cars pulling at the front and pushing at the back.The car
unit is developed with extensively use of national and international
advanced technology, which makes its whole technological performance
reach the advanced level of the similar products at home and
abroad.
The whole design adops high, module design. The equipment
laying-out adopts the popular mode of the AC motor car in
the world, that is dia-corridor, aslant aslant symmery laying-out
and box-like driver desk.
The
electric drive system adopts the GTO water cooling converter
of national, 1225kW strong power asynchronous traction motor,
it is featured with large continuous power range, with shaft
power, super cohesion, high efficiency and power factor etc.
The control system adopts scattered micro-computer
network control system,
and it improves the running reliability of the whole motor
units with redundancy design-the mainframe hot and redundancy
input and output.
Adopting wide car-body drum shape, the whole
thin shell structure with super light weight, the first double
streamline head in China for reducing pressure.
Adopting independent ventilation on interlayer
of the car roof, the traction motor is ventilation independently
cooling, the main converter water cooling and main transformer
oil cooling, and it adopts combined aluminum board cooler.
The
structure and laying-out of box-like driver desk and cab is
according to some principles of UIC617-6 the driver cabs of
motor car laying-out regulation and is coincidence with human
engineering control.
The bogie adopts small wheel, six-link bar secondly
grade elastic drive, post positioned push- pull
traction rod and chevron drive gear etc., and the traction
motor adopts half suspended structure.
